About me
A little about myself, my journey, & what a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner does.
My story
I began my wellness journey by finally quitting cigarettes for good. It took a lot of failure before it stuck. During that time, I began exercising more, & even moved from being a (semi) vegetarian to a paleo-based diet. I started listening to wellness podcasts & reading every book I could get my hands on. (I'll list some of my favorites below!)

After I spent a while annoying coworkers with the latest news about fasting or electrolytes, I decided I needed to do something with all this energy, get certified, & start helping people. I became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to put some structure around everything I was learning & give me the tools I needed to start this practice, helping dads regain their health.

I'm here to help busy men, especially those of us rocking our 40's, get back that youth & vitality that somehow slipped away in our 30's. Looking for your energy? Your libido? Your strength & confidence? You lost them somewhere, I can help you find them.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I use 6 foundations of wellness to help support your goals. These foundations include digestion, blood sugar regulation, hydration, mineral balance, fatty acids, & a nutrient-dense, thoughtfully prepared, whole foods diet.

Each of these foundations contributes in one way or another to the proper function of your body. When we work together, we will establish your current issues, lifestyle & eating habits, sleep, & stress, as well as your health goals. We'll discuss small steps you can take to make new habits & start feeling better.
